Former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley says the White House's top two top aides have encouraged her to frustrate President Donald Trump. In a new book, Mrs Haley says then-Chief of Staff John Kelly and then Secretary of State Rex Tillerson asked her to counter some of Mr Trump's claims. They told him they were "trying to save the country". Mr Tillerson's immediate comment was not available. Mr Kelly said he wanted the president to be fully informed.
